This is a pretty great scanner for my intended uses and purposes. I
wanted it to scan and convert old photos to digital format. Set up took
only a couple of minutes: plug in SD
card, plug in AC
adapter, press button once for low resolution (green light
indicator), press again for high resolution (orange light indicator),
and feed photos. I was able to scan a large volume of photos in a
really short period of time, even scanned some old paper bank
statements to archive and some 8x11 pages for school/work
presentations. A couple of photos (2 of 400) did have one white line
running through them, but rescanning fixed the issue. After they were
on the SD card as .jpg files, I plugged into my computer and
transferred them to store, use, etc. Simple, Fast, Effective. I would
